How many appointments do I need?
First visit (1 day)
First visit (1 day)
During this appointment, Dr. Lugo will thoroughly examine your teeth and gums and evaluate bone density and quantity.Some patients with insufficient bone or gum tissue require bone or soft tissue grafts.
Implants are typically placed in a single sitting but require a period of osseointegration.
After placing implant, the period of time is aproximately 3 months to anchor and heal, at which point your dentist can complete the procedure.
* Note: We provide you temporary teeth that are made out of acrilic. This way you will have teeth till your second appointment. (Free of charge).
Second Visit (1 day)
Your second visit will be to place the abutment over the implant, now that the implant is well integrated into your jaw bone.
The following step is to take impressions for your final crowns and place them.
Third and last visit (1 day)

ReplyDeleteThis is phase 2 of 3 and it has gone better than I ever expected. The 21 crowns and caps are in, the new teeth look fantastic. Another implant went in today and also more bone in the area. To date I have had 2 extractions, 5 implants, upper sinus lift and bone transplant and 21 teeth reconstructed. It has been a very rewarding experience coming here and trusting all my dental work, (which was major), to Dr. Lugo and his professional staff. Everyone from the driver to Dr. Lugo has treated me with dignity, respect and taking all the care for my health and dental needs. The cost savings have been well worth the effort to come here from Vancouver Canada.
I would highly recommend, anyone whether you are considering minor to major dental work to allow Dr. Lugo to perform his professional craftsmanship on whoever requires his expertise.

ReplyDeleteI found out about Dr Lugo the fall of last year when I was searching the site of the Internet. It will be close to nine years of living in the US and the amount of burden is high even if there is a self-insurance at a time going to the dentist, I wouldn’t want to go to the Dentist.

ReplyDeleteHola; mi busqueda para encontrar un buen dentista en la Ciudad de Tijuana inició a traves de internet, buscando las mejores opciones entre precio, calidad y servicio.Sorpresa resulto ser para mi cuando conocí la página web de Dent-art, donde claramente se explican los procedimientos y sobre todo la experiencia y profesionalismo del Dr. Lugo, imaginándome inicialmente que pudieran tener costos elevados, pero doble sorpresa, de acuerdo a lo que investigue con otras clinicas dentales de la Ciudad, resultó ser de las más económicas, además una vez que visitas la clinica te das cuenta la proporción de costo-servicio-calidad.
